Refund policy

This Refund Policy applies to purchases of LLM Patches ("Patches") made through the LLM Patches marketplace (the "Platform"), a product of IPOXCap AI, Inc. ("we," "us," or "our").

1. Eligibility for Refunds:

We offer refunds under the following circumstances:

  • Defective Patch: If a purchased Patch is demonstrably defective and does not function as described in its documentation, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within 5 days of you reporting it.
  • Accidental Purchase: If you accidentally purchase the wrong Patch and notify us within 2 hours of the purchase, provided the Patch has not been downloaded or used.
  • Duplicate Purchase: If you are accidentally charged twice for the same Patch.

2. Non-Refundable Items:

The following items are generally non-refundable:

  • Patches that have been downloaded and used, unless they are demonstrably defective as described above.
  • Support services or consultations that have been provided.
  • Custom development or integration services.
  • Purchases made after [Number] days from the original purchase date (except for demonstrably defective patches reported within the specified timeframe).

3. Refund Process:

To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@ipoxcap.com. Your refund request must include the following information:

  • Your order number or transaction ID.
  • The name of the Patch you purchased.
  • A detailed explanation of the reason for the refund request, including any supporting evidence (e.g., screenshots, error messages).

Once we receive your refund request, we will review it and respond within 5 business days. If your refund is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment processor to credit your account.

4. Exceptions:

We reserve the right to make exceptions to this Refund Policy on a case-by-case basis. For example, we may consider a refund outside of the standard timeframe in exceptional circumstances.

5. Changes to this Refund Policy:

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated policy on the Platform.
